DEFCON in Society (and Nothing Nuclear)

Due to the current culture war over political correctness, focusing on "the world" over a nation's own, and more current issues overtaking conversation points and people quick to advocate for the newest hot trend that goes against anything traditional from what it seems, there's a point when enough is enough. Economic crash, riots, civil war and some more of that are expected by some to happen within our lifetime. I thought creating a DEFCON not for a nuclear threat but the threat levels for instability within society would be good to look at if the life we're living is at risk over some form of crash. No more playing games.

DEFCON 5: Sunshine and rainbows. Most people are satisfied with their lives, or at the very least not retaliating. It hasn't even begun.

DEFCON 4: Protests happening frequently. Flyers on political movements are plastered everywhere and graffiti messages are easy to find. News reports on skirmishes are not a surprise. A surge in ownership of home security equipment. It begins.

DEFCON 3: Riots lasting for weeks. Vandalism, arson and looting galore. Money is an issue due to the recession. The leader of the country is under heavy calls for resignation. People are pissed while wearing yellow vests. Roof Koreans are fully active. Why didn't you listen?

DEFCON 2: Riots lasting for months without end. Buildings and cars and people on fire 24/7. Marital law declared. Constant fights with authority. Too scared to go out and eat at a restaurant. Imported Roof Koreans now populate the roofs due to the rising demand of Roof Koreans. Sleeping with a baseball bat or magnum by your side at night. It's happening.

DEFCON 1: Civil war is imminent. Fall of Rome equivalent collapse of society. May the phoenix rise because everything has turned to ashes. It's over.
